Charleston MINI Club reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its sole discretion.

If you register for an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Charleston MINI Club or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

MINI is a registered trademark of BMW AG. Charleston MINI Club is an independent enthusiast club and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW AG or MINI USA.

6. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

By submitting content to the Site (including photos, posts, and comments), you grant Charleston MINI Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site and our club activities, including on our social media channels. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.
